Seasonal Flavor: White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

I already introduced Carmel Apple Chai as a new flavor for fall, but I really cannot go into the holiday season without pumpkin on the menu. Right?  Besides, I am a bit of a pumpkin addict and love the warm spicy flavors of cinnamon and sweet earthy tones of the pumpkin squash. To take it up to the next level, a few other decadent layers and flavors were added to the cupcake, resulting in what is one of the most gourmet pumpkin cupcakes I’ve ever encountered.

I had a few of my taste testers say that this is their favorite cupcake flavor of mine ever. Why don’t you try it out and you be the judge yourself?
