Holiday Seasonal Flavors 2012

For the 2012 holiday season, I am bringing back a few of your favorites and I’m introducing a new flavor in this year’s line-up: “Eggnog Latte”. Here are all the seasonal flavors I’m offering.

Eggnog Latte – An espresso infused vanilla cupcake, soaked with more espresso and topped with a creamy eggnog and nutmeg frosting.

 

Peppermint Tuxedo – A dark chocolate cupcake covered with a mound of white chocolate buttercream frosting incrusted with peppermint candies.

Tiramisu
A fluffy sponge cupcake is soaked with espresso and liqueur. Then it is filled and frosted with creamy mascarpone.

White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Cupcake with Brown Sugar Buttercream – A spicy pumpkin cupcake dotted with bits of white chocolate is layered with a creamy cheesecake filling, topped with a fluffy brown sugar buttercream frosting.

Seasonal Flavors: Autumn Picnic & Pumpkin Cheesecake

The fall flavors are coming back for Sept-Nov! Autumn Picnic and White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake

Autumn Picnic – Fig & Honey with Goat Cheese Frosting
Starting with a cupcake infused with local honey from Marshall’s Farm Honey, it is filled with fig jam and topped with a decadent goat cheese frosting and dried orange wedge.

(Don’t be intimidated by the goat cheese frosting in this cupcake. While it has hints of savory with a bit of goat cheese in the frosting, that savory flavor is quickly balanced to a sweet dessert by the honey and fig jam.  The result is a wonderful explosion of flavors in one cupcake.)

Seasonal Flavor: Death By Chocolate

The votes from my 1yr Company Anniversary Flavor Poll & Giveaway were counted and this flavor won by ONE SINGLE vote! (who says your vote doesn’t count?). The runner up was Rosemary-Kissed Strawberry Shortcake, which just might become a seasonal flavor in the near future since it was such a close race. Thank you to everyone who participated and voted in this flavor poll. I was thrilled to hear from each and every one of you.

The winning flavor – Death By Chocolate – is basically my attempt to answer the question “How much chocolate can you get into one cupcake?”
