Pricing & Info

$35-$45 per 12 standard or 24 mini cupcakes, depending on flavor and customized decorations.
The minimum order for one flavor is 12 standard or 24 mini. So, if you want 2 flavors, the minimum order will be 24 standard size or 48 mini cupcakes.
Standard cupcake orders up to 46 cupcakes may select a maximum of 3 flavors.
Mini cupcakes are only available for orders up to 72 cupcakes and a maximum of 2 flavors. We cannot accommodate larger orders of minis at this time.
Due to the customized nature of the cupcakes, I recommend 2 weeks notice for all orders and require at least 5 day minimum notice.

Payment is due via cash or local, personal check at time of delivery or drop-off. We also accept Paypal payments via Credit or Debit card.
Cancellations must be received 4 days prior to the delivery time and date. Orders cancelled after 4 days will be required to pay the full amount.

For events with more than 46 standard sized cupcakes:

Select a maximum of 4 flavors.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to the event to hold the date and to buy ingredients and themed decorations.
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the delivery time and date. Orders cancelled after 7 days will be required to pay the full amount.

Benicia, American Canyon or Vallejo = $10 flat fee for delivery or hand-off in a public place
Up to 30 miles from Benicia = $.50 per mile (round-trip)
30 to 60 miles from Benicia = $.75 per mile (round-trip)
Pick-up is not available at this time.

Flavor tastings are not available at this time. Consideration may be taken for larger orders and additional fees will apply.
Not all cupcake flavors are available in mini size. Please contact us for a full menu and availability.

Serving pieces are not provided or available for rent. I recommend using your personal collection of plates, platters and trays to create an artful display.
A Cupcake Company is not responsible for cupcakes after they are delivered.
All cupcakes are made in a kitchen that also produces products with nuts, dairy, wheat, soy and other potential food allergens.
All cupcakes are made according to food handling and safety standards as regulated by the Solano County.
A Cupcake Company reserves the right to decline service to anyone.
