I’m excited to announce the latest flavor in the cake lineup… Banana!
Making it’s debut in August’s seasonal flavor – Banana Split. This classic ice cream parlor flavor is embodied in a moist banana cake with chunks of dried pineapple, filled with strawberry cream and all topped with chocolate glaze, whipped cream frosting, a sprinkling of peanuts (optional) and a cherry on top.
The banana cake is also delicious filled with caramel and decorated with cream cheese frosting. Or, top it off with espresso buttercream and coffee liquor to make a Jamaican classic – the “Dirty Banana”. Don’t want the liquor? Order it ‘virgin’ and we’ll make it without. If you like a “Elvis Presley”-style sandwich, order your banana cupcake with peanut butter frosting.
